On April 22, 2026, the establishment and unveiling ceremony of Contemporary Amperex Resources Group (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries. Deployed and coordinated by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited(hereinafter referred to as "the HQ"), this event serves as a key landmark activity to implement the new energy resource strategy, deepen local industrial synergy, and solidify full-chain security guarantees.


Cheng Liwei, Party Committee Secretary and President of the China Mining Association, attended the ceremony to witness the event. Pan Jian, Co-Chairman of the HQ, and Chen Jinghe, Chief Mining Consultant of the HQ, attended the event alongside representatives from industry associations, peer enterprises, and corporate executives.


Based in Xiamen and radiating globally, CARL-XM serves as a wholly-owned mineral resource platform of the HQ. The company will focus on securing the supply and compliant development of critical new energy minerals, while constructing green and smart mines. Concurrently, it will leverage Xiamen's advantages in ports, logistics, policies, and cross-border operations to build an integrated resource industry base.


With the alignment of government and corporate efforts, alongside the driving force of the industry chain leader, this event concluded successfully. It will further consolidate the safety foundation of China's new energy industry chain, helping Xiamen build a national-level cluster for the new energy industry and a hub city for resource allocation.


On the same day, the company convened the first meeting of its first Board of Directors, legally completing the establishment of its corporate governance structure. This milestone signifies that Contemporary Amperex Resources Group (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. has officially been unveiled in compliance with regulations and has initiated its physical operations.
