It serves as a specialized investment and operation platform focused on mineral resources critical to the new energy industry. Founded on April 22, 2026, CARL is headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian Province, with a registered capital of RMB 30 billion.
CARL invests in, develops and operates critical mineral resources for the new energy sector. It is building a professional, integrated mining operating system with global capabilities. With the Hainan Free Trade Port and Hong Kong as its cross-border investment hubs, CARL is developing a multi-tiered global platform for mineral resource investment and acquisitions in support of the high-quality development of the new energy industry.
